The Lund Company is a full-service firm, especially well known for our professional property management services, both residential and commercial property management. Our services include:

Asset Management:
Maximizing the value of any property or a property portfolio requires an effective and detailed strategic plan based on property-specific or portfolio-wide goals and objectives. The Lund Company develops such a strategy from goal identification to outlining specific tasks. We devise a strategic plan for all of our properties or portfolios outlining hold/sell recommendations; operating policies; systems and procedures; marketing and leasing objectives and programs; periodic maintenance and capital improvement requirements-related operational and capital budgets.

Development Management:
Real estate development is a management-intensive process. Successful real estate development begins with a clear set of objectives.

The development process is a multi-disciplinary undertaking requiring the orchestration of the professional skills of engineers, architects, land planners, financiers, accountants, attorneys, construction contractors and in some cases marketing specialists and salespersons.

Development Management services include land use analysis, feasibility analysis, analysis of financing alternatives, regulatory approvals, project team selection, assembly and management and facility start-up or commissioning.

Construction Management:
The Lund Company provides construction management services for both property owners and tenants. These services range from straightforward projects such as building an office suite to the more complex undertaking of retrofitting an energy plant. We assemble and coordinate the professionals within project teams which often consist of architects, engineers and general contractors.
Maintenance Services:
The Lund Company has a fully-staffed maintenance department that consists of a well-trained supervisory staff and over 25 specialists providing high-quality, responsive service for which we are well known. The maintenance team's sole responsibility is to assure that properties are maintained at a high quality, value-enhancing level at all times.
