		Experience
		Jason joined The Lund Company in 2006 as a Brokerage Associate. Prior to joining The Lund Company, he was involved with the marketing efforts of a private commercial real estate company in Ohio, encompassing 4,500 multi-family apartment units and 4.5 million SF of retail shopping centers. Afterwards, he worked with several Fortune 500 companies on the West Coast and he did executive-level recruiting/consulting for a local financial services company. He has eleven years of sales experience and his sales, customer service and communication skills have been developed through various service and sales positions. As a native of Omaha, he is familiar with Nebraska’s commercial real estate market and economic opportunities.
		Responsibilities
		As a Brokerage Associate, Jason is responsible for retail, office and industrial real estate sales and leasing, as well as investment consulting. He currently markets 5.8 million SF of commercial properties. However, Jason is not limited to these duties. He will continue to serve his existing clientele where he provides consulting & brokerage services for leasing, investment real estate transactions and tenant representation.
		Education
		Jason attended The Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor of science in Journalism and Communications.
		Professional Affiliations
		Jason is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Nebraska and is pursuing his license in Iowa and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
