		Experience
		Jim Hain has over 20 years of agricultural production and farm management experience. In addition to being intimately familiar with all aspects of production and management, he has an in-depth knowledge of all agricultural programs related to finance, production and conservation. Jim has substantial experience in agricultural land use economics and modeling agricultural investment transactions. He has a working knowledge of grain crops, pasture, ranch land and CRP. He has also worked with specialty crops, both domestically and exported to the Japanese market.
		Responsibilities
		At The Lund Company, Jim focuses on all aspects of agricultural sales, farm management, investment property and ag-related commercial real estate.
		Professional Affiliations
		Jim is a member of the Farmers Cooperative Business Association and also has served as a member of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the National Corn Growers Association and the American Soybean Association. Jim is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.
		Civic
		Jim served on multiple church boards and as chairman of the yearly fund raising project. He also served on his local school board.
