		Experience
		Angela joined The Lund Company in April 2004. She started her career overseeing one of the largest apartment developments in the area as Property Manager for 5 years. She then went to a major full service real estate and management firm serving as Vice President of Residential Property Management where she supervised approximately 1,800 apartment homes in Omaha and the surrounding area for 8 years. She has successfully leased new developments, repositioned properties and consistently improved her portfolio’s assets in a variety of economy conditions.
		Responsibilities
		As Vice-President, Angela directs The Lund Company’s residential/multi-family department managing a portfolio consisting of approximately 33 apartment communities, 2,500 apartment homes, and 48 employees. Her responsibilities include property operations, monitoring financial performance, department policies and new business development.
		Education
		Before beginning her career in Property Management, Angela attended the Patricia Stephens Business College in Omaha where she received her degree in Public Relations/Marketing. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate with IREM and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) candidate with the National Apartment Association She is a 2008 graduate of the Leadership Omaha (Class 30) and is pursuing her real estate salesperson license in Nebraska.
		Professional Affiliations
		Angela served on several committees for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) including Chairperson of the Accredited Residential Managers Committee and the Annual Income/Expense Analysis Survey. She also chaired the Educational Committee along with the Minority Outreach Program and the Committee Chair for Publications and Editor of the IREM Newsletter. Angela has served on the Board of Directors for the Apartment Association of Greater Omaha and Lincoln (AAGOL) as a Board Member in 2005, Vice President in 2006 and President in 2007 and 2008. She has supported several committees for AAGOL including Legislative and Budgeting and currently chairs the Communication Committee. She has participateed as speaker for AAGOL and IREM on a variety of topics including Resident Retention and Hiring the Perfect Employee. She supports the Boy Scouts as a committee chair of the Equestrian Venture Crew and is an active PTA member.
		Awards
		Most recently Angela was featured as “Women of Distinction” in the Midlands Business Journal in 2007 and was nominated by her peers and won “Director of the Year” and “Property Management Company of the Year” in 2008 from AAGOL. Angela was also nominated for CPM Candidate of the Year in 1996, 1998 and 2001. She also received the “Excellence in Management” Award from Housing and Urban Development in 2001.
